This section presents the investment options along with the room categories and core concepts behind each of our two properties. It outlines how we plan to develop the hotel in a way that highlights their unique appeal while helping investors clearly see the potential for strong returns. One of our key strategies is to build different facilities across both locations. Guests staying at either property will have full access to all amenities, creating a single, unified resort experience. This model reduces construction costs while offering a wider variety of services, including dining, entertainment, and leisure activities. As the properties are only five minutes apart by buggy, this shared-access approach is both efficient and guest-friendly.

This is our largest and most ambitious project. We are planning a 5-star oasis with pools, five unique room types, and a wide range of premium facilities. Below are the accommodation types and amenities we aim to develop with your investment.

Facilities of hotel 1
Pool, Poolside Café, Restaurant, and Beach
BP 37 will feature a large pool with a poolside café. All guesthouses will have beach access since every property is located on the beachfront. Restaurants will be included in each property, with larger restaurants on the bigger plots capable of hosting private events and parties.
Spa Village
The Spa Village on BP 37 will offer an immersive relaxation experience with 6 massage therapy rooms (for individuals and couples), shower facilities, and lush greenery within a private walled space.
Sky Hall
Sky Hall, located on the second-highest floor of the BP 37 building, is a luxurious event space with panoramic views. It will accommodate up to 1,000 guests and include catering from our kitchens—ideal for seminars, weddings, and private events.

3 – Island Family Suite
- Capacity: Up to 4 guests (Family or Group accommodation)
- Design: Spacious two-room suite with separate sleeping and sitting areas, crafted in a local bungalow style

Open-Air Restaurant
A beachfront restaurant with rustic seating, serving Maldivian and international cuisine made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Features live cooking stations and occasional theme nights.
Games & Activity Zone
A space featuring indoor games such as 8-ball pool, carrom boards, and coconut bowling—designed to promote local engagement and entertainment.
Guest Movie Theater
A cozy indoor theater with projector and lounge-style seating, available for nightly film screenings or private bookings. Offers local documentaries as well as international films.
Craft Workshop Corner
Guests can learn traditional palm weaving, coconut carving, and even try their hand at island-style cooking in small interactive workshops guided by local artisans.
